Basic Formation / Incorporation Services

Our basic formation or incorporation is $79. It includes creating the Articles of Organization for a Limited Liability Company or Articles of Incorporation for a Corporation. We will also prepare the Operating Agreement or Corporate By-laws depending on the type of organization that you choose. You are responsible for the governmental filing fees, taxes and revenue licenses as applicable. The fees vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. All legal documents are prepared by licensed attorneys.  

Additional Services

Our most popular services that we perform in conjunction with incorporation are listed below:

- Filing with the IRS and State agencies for tax identification numbers or employer identification numbers (fees from $25),

- Setting up Quickbooks for your company (fees from ($50),

- Creating Accounting, Human Resource or Administrative Policies and Procedures (fees from $100),

- Creating Partnership Agreements or Stock Holder Agreements (fees from $100),

- Ongoing Bookkeeping for the business (as low as $50 per month), or

- Ongoing management of the corporate records (as low as $15 per month).
